Our Production Process

The brick making process in Pakistan often utilizes traditional methods, though some modernization is being implemented. Here’s a breakdown of the typical steps

Prepare the Clay

Clay is extracted from mines then crushed & mixed.

Shaping the Bricks

The clay mixture is pressed, poured, or compressed into molds.

Drying Out the Moisture

Molded bricks are placed in the open air to remove moisture naturally.

Firing for Strength

The dried bricks are subjected to intense heat (up to 1300°C) in kilns

Cooling & Inspection

The kilns are cooled to prevent cracking then the bricks inspected.
